From the very beginning, the Foundation was built on a simple but powerful belief: that every child—regardless of where they are born—deserves a chance to learn, to grow, and to dream of a better future.

Long before the world changed in 2020, we partnered with Pour un Sourire d’Enfant (PSE), a remarkable organization devoted to lifting children out of poverty. Together, we opened our doors to determined young learners, offering them the gift of education through evening English classes. After long days, they arrived—tired, but hopeful—eager to practice their first words in a new language and open a window to the world beyond their struggles.

Some of them didn’t stop there. Many continued their journey with us by joining La Rose Suites as interns. We watched them grow—first as quiet trainees, then as confident professionals. Some have stayed with us for over a decade, rising to become team leaders and managers, bringing their warmth, resilience, and dedication to every guest they welcome.

Our commitment has never wavered. Even as times have changed, the heart of the Foundation remains the same: to uplift underprivileged youth through the power of education. Through collaborations with inspiring partners like PSE, and through programs we run ourselves, we continue to provide free English instruction to students who need it most. Many begin with little more than courage and curiosity, but with support, they find their voices—first in the classroom, and then in the world.

Over the years, we have seen shy children grow into confident communicators, learners become leaders, and dreams once out of reach come to life. Through every lesson taught, every opportunity opened, and every life touched, the Foundation carries forward its purpose: to help build a future where no child is limited by their circumstances—but instead, empowered by their potential.
